UAE Ministry of Economy and the Dubai Center commodities (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, DMCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote and strengthen cooperation and coordination in the field of supervision of the import, export and transit of rough diamonds in the UAE in accordance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KP ).

According to the memorandum, the parties will form a committee of the KP to monitor the mechanisms and procedures necessary for the planning and development of new programs related to the gearbox.
